Window Tinting
in Farmington Hills, MI
Window tinting for Farmington Hills, about 20 minutes away by I-696 and I-275. Ceramic film that cuts heat, glare and UV without interfering with your phone or key fob.
A cooler cabin for the office-park commute.
A lot of Farmington Hills driving is short hops between home, the office parks along 12 Mile and Halsted, and the shops on Orchard Lake Road, with the car parked in an open lot in between. That is the worst case for interior heat and for sun-faded leather. Ceramic tint blocks 99% of UV and a large share of the infrared heat, so the car you come back to at five is a lot more bearable than the one you would have had. If the vehicle is a lease, tint is one of the few upgrades that makes every day of the term better.
“Professional in every way. Did a fantastic job on my tints. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their car done. First class all the way around.”
“Moody was able to get me in quickly!! He did a wonderful job with my tints. I was very indecisive with which tints I wanted and he took the time to explain the difference! Will deff recommend him for all tints and wraps needs.”
“Moody is Awesome! tints on my truck came out A1, and I’m extremely picky.”

Ceramic film, cut and tucked.
Every tint job here uses nano-ceramic film, the kind that blocks heat and 99% of UV without the metal layer that gets in the way of phone signal, GPS and key fobs. Each window is computer cut to the glass, the glass is deep cleaned, and the film is hand squeegeed and tucked into the seals so there is no light gap at the edge. It will not turn purple, and it is backed by a manufacturer lifetime warranty against fading, bubbling and peeling. We carry a range of shades, plus colored tints if you want something louder.
Window Tinting FAQ.
Does tint help in winter too?
Yes. Low winter sun and glare off snow are when a lot of drivers notice tint the most, and UV comes through the glass all year. The same film is what keeps a parked car from turning into an oven in July.
Do you install colored window tint?
Yes. Alongside the standard charcoal shades we install colored tint for builds that call for it. Tell us the look you are going for and we will show you what is available.
Will ceramic tint interfere with my phone, GPS or key fob?
No. Ceramic film has no metal layer in it, so it does not block or weaken phone signal, GPS, radio or keyless entry the way older metallic films can.
