Paint Protection Film
in Farmington Hills, MI
Paint protection film for Farmington Hills, about 20 minutes from our shop. Removable, self-healing film that keeps factory paint flawless underneath.
Protect it now, hand it back clean.
A lot of cars in Farmington Hills are leased, and a lease is a countdown to an inspection. Rock chips on the hood and scuffs on the bumper are exactly what gets written up at turn-in. PPF takes that wear instead of the paint, and when the term is up the film comes off and the finish underneath is what it was on delivery day. The same logic works if you own the car and care about resale. Between I-696, M-5 and Grand River, there is no shortage of ways to pick up chips around here, so the front end is the place to start.
“I got my car tinted and PPF here. An absolutely incredible job. Moody was prompt with updates and the quality speaks for itself. All my edges are tucked and the tint goes right to the edge. Never knew you could do that.”
“As a business owner, I cannot explain how amazing of experience it was. He’s not like the rest, he is TRULY trustworthy , knowledgeable, super intelligent in his work. Explained to me, which I am a very paranoid person, every detail of the product to…”
“I've been to a few shops and this is by far the best shop in the area! From their customer service to their work is impeccable! Always the best prices and flawless work. Highly recommended.”

Invisible armor, installed by hand.
Paint protection film is a clear urethane layer that takes the hit instead of your paint: rock chips, road rash, bug acid and the light scratches that show up after one winter. The top coat is self-healing, so swirl marks relax out with heat from the sun or warm water. Every install starts with a decontamination wash and clay, then the film is patterned and cut to your panels, squeegeed flat and heat-set at the edges in a dust-controlled bay. You pick gloss or matte, front end or full body, and it carries a 12-year factory warranty.
Paint Protection Film FAQ.
Is it worth it on a car I already drive?
Yes, as long as the paint is in good shape. We decontaminate and clay the surface first so nothing gets trapped under the film. It will not erase chips that are already there, but it stops the next ones.
Can PPF be removed later?
Yes. It is designed to come off factory paint cleanly, which is one reason people put it on leased cars and cars they plan to resell.
Front end only, or the whole car?
The front bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors take most of the damage, so a front-end package covers the worst of it. Full-body coverage protects every painted panel and suits cars people plan to keep spotless. We will quote both so you can compare.
