Keep the weekend car perfect.
Northville has more than its share of cars that people really care about: garage-kept weekend cars, new deliveries, and builds that only see dry roads. Those are the cars PPF was made for. Self-healing film keeps wash swirls and light scratches from ever settling in, and it takes the stone chips that come with a spirited drive out Seven Mile or along Hines Drive. For a car you plan to keep, full-body coverage means every painted panel stays the way it left the factory. For a daily driver, a front-end package covers the panels that take nearly all of the hits.
“Only crew i trust for all my tint, vinyl wrap and PPF needs. Very attentive to detail.”
“I recommend all my friends and family to Imperial Auto Films. The best customer service around paired with true quality work, and fairly priced. Would give more stars if I could.”
“I've been to a few shops and this is by far the best shop in the area! From their customer service to their work is impeccable! Always the best prices and flawless work. Highly recommended.”

Invisible armor, installed by hand.
Paint protection film is a clear urethane layer that takes the hit instead of your paint: rock chips, road rash, bug acid and the light scratches that show up after one winter. The top coat is self-healing, so swirl marks relax out with heat from the sun or warm water. Every install starts with a decontamination wash and clay, then the film is patterned and cut to your panels, squeegeed flat and heat-set at the edges in a dust-controlled bay. You pick gloss or matte, front end or full body, and it carries a 12-year factory warranty.
Paint Protection Film FAQ.
Front end only, or the whole car?
The front bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors take most of the damage, so a front-end package covers the worst of it. Full-body coverage protects every painted panel and suits cars people plan to keep spotless. We will quote both so you can compare.
Can you see where the film ends?
Applied properly it is very hard to spot. The film is cut to the panel and the edges are tucked and heat-set, so there is no obvious line across the middle of a hood or fender.
Will the film yellow or peel over time?
Old-generation films did. Modern urethane film is built to stay clear, and the film we install carries a 12-year factory warranty.
