Ceramic Coating
in Canton, MI

Ceramic coating for Canton drivers, about 10 minutes north in Plymouth. A hard, slick nano-ceramic layer that keeps paint glossy and makes washing easy.

Ceramic Coating for Canton Drivers

Less time washing, more gloss.

Between school runs, Ford Road errands and a commute, most Canton vehicles get washed less often than their owners would like. A ceramic coating makes that matter less. Dirt, pollen and road film have a hard time bonding to a coated surface, so a quick rinse takes off most of it and the paint keeps its gloss between washes. It also puts a barrier between your clear coat and the things that etch it: bird droppings, tree sap from a shaded driveway, and the salt that covers every car here from December to March. Prep is the part you cannot see, and every coating starts with a decontamination wash, clay bar and correction where the paint needs it.

Nano-Ceramic Paint Coating

Prep first, then the coating.

Ceramic coating is a liquid nano-ceramic that bonds to your clear coat and cures into a hard, slick, glass-like layer. Water and grime bead up and sheet off, washing takes a fraction of the effort, and the paint keeps a deep gloss while being shielded from UV fade, bird droppings, tree sap and road salt. We start with a decontamination wash and clay bar, do a light paint correction where the paint needs it, then apply the coating by hand, panel by panel, and let it cure indoors. It is protection measured in years, not the weeks you get from wax.

Questions We Get

Ceramic Coating FAQ.

Does ceramic coating stop rock chips?

No, and anyone who says it does is overselling. A coating protects against UV, chemicals, water spotting and grime, and it makes the paint far easier to keep clean. Stopping chips is a job for paint protection film, and the two work well together.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

A professionally applied coating is measured in years, not the weeks or months you get from wax or a spray sealant. How long depends on how the car is washed and stored, and we will tell you what to expect for yours.

Does the paint need correcting first?

A coating locks in whatever is under it, so prep matters more than the product. Every car gets a decontamination wash and clay bar, and we do a light paint correction where the paint needs it before any coating goes on.
