Matte or gloss.
Film on a Cybertruck changes how the steel looks, a little or a lot, depending on the finish you choose.
Matte film
Keeps the brushed stainless look. Most people will never know the truck is filmed.
Gloss film
Gives the steel a wet, polished shine that stainless cannot do on its own.
Self-healing top coat
Light scratches and wash marks relax back out with heat from the sun or warm water.
12-year factory warranty
The film we install is backed by a 12-year factory warranty.

Full body or high-impact areas.
The front end under the light bar, the leading edges, the lower doors and the panels behind the wheels take most of the stone hits and scuffs, so a high-impact package covers the worst of it. Full-body coverage films every panel and suits owners who want the whole truck to stay untouched for years. Because the panels are so large, full-body film on a Cybertruck is planned panel by panel to keep seams where the eye does not go. We will quote both so you can compare.

Ceramic coating over the film.
PPF and ceramic coating work together. The film handles impacts and scratches, and a ceramic coating over the film and the glass makes the whole truck bead water and rinse clean. On a Cybertruck, where Tesla recommends hand washing anyway, it cuts the work of keeping it clean considerably.
What owners say.
“I got my car tinted and PPF here. An absolutely incredible job. Moody was prompt with updates and the quality speaks for itself. All my edges are tucked and the tint goes right to the edge. Never knew you could do that.”
“Only crew i trust for all my tint, vinyl wrap and PPF needs. Very attentive to detail.”
“As a business owner, I cannot explain how amazing of experience it was. He’s not like the rest, he is TRULY trustworthy , knowledgeable, super intelligent in his work. Explained to me, which I am a very paranoid person, every detail of the product to…”
Cybertruck PPF FAQ.
Why does a stainless truck need PPF?
Stainless does not rust like painted steel, but it scratches, and there is no clear coat to polish a scratch out of. The film takes the damage and the steel underneath stays the way it left the factory.
Can you see the film?
Applied properly it is very hard to spot. Matte film blends with the brushed stainless, and edges are tucked and heat-set so there is no obvious line across a panel.
Will the film yellow or peel?
Older films did. Modern urethane film is built to stay clear, and the film we install carries a 12-year factory warranty.
Does PPF stop the orange spots?
It keeps them off the steel. Iron particles land on the film instead of the stainless and wash off. Any spots already on the truck are removed during the decontamination before the film goes on.
Can PPF come off later?
Yes. It is designed to come off cleanly, and the stainless underneath is exactly as it was the day the film went on.
Is colored PPF an option?
Ask us. Tesla's own Cybertruck wraps are satin colored PPF, and if you want color with the protection of film rather than vinyl, we will go through what is available with you.
